I am currently 16 and recently I have been go through mood swings. I wouldn't say I am depressed, but my moods definitely have their highs and their lows. I was really late with puberty and did not start going through it until age 14. In the last 2 year I have grown 8 inches and put on 52 pounds. I would think I am almost done growing though I barely shave. I notice that these mood swings are most extreme when I do not get enough sleep. Are these mood swings a result of still going through puberty? How much sleep should I get a night?
