Can Psoriasis affect my chances at a military career?

I'm 16 years old have plaque Psoriasis, I just ended a 12 week regiment of 2 shots a week and now on a once a week shot. which should hopefully clear up all psoriasis.But I've heard the military might not accept me with this disease. Any input would be great.
Alright to the suggestion of the poster, im In the United states, looking to join either navy or the airforce.
