Is there any legal way for Bush to face jail time for the things he authorized at Guantanamo Bay?

No.

1) Mr. Bush enjoys immunity from criminal prosecution for all actions taken in his role as President.

2) The administration received formal legal advice as to the legality of everything that they did at Guantanamo anyway. You can't be prosecuted for doing something that the Justice Department has formally advised you is legal.

sure he could, but the current administration would have to bring him up on charges...and they already said they would let the war criminals walk.

Richard is correct...the Bush admin already gave themselves immunity through the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act.
