As you've probably already figured, I fall into the "extremely weird" category. I'm not willing to dispute that. But in all seriousness. If I were fully clothed, except barefoot (no shoes or socks), can I be pulled over on my bicycle? I see homeless people walking through the train barefoot, so I guess it's allowed for "walking" like that in public. Thanks in advance.
