I was traveling with 4 other cars. Two in front of me were going very fast and several times would pull away from me and then slow back down. I maintained my speed with cruise control at 86. I was in a 70 MPH interstate section. While I am aware that I was speeding, the officer pulled all 4 cars over (the two in front of me and the one behind me). He gave us all tickets for 95 in a 70. I know my cruise was set to 86. When I told him this, he claimed he clocked each of us at 95. Would he have time to clear his radar and clock 4 cars at 95. Or did he just guess. I would like to fight this but have to travel a ways to go to court. Is it worth it???
