In my last post I had a lot of positive feedback on my question If running can help reduce weight, I ran for about 1 week, burning 500 calories each day, It went really good. However my mother stopped me from running because she says If my quadriceps, and hamstrings become strong, I won't have any chance to grow, and since I am short, this worries me because my quadriceps have become really hard. Have I screwed it up?
