Can phone upgrades be done from more than one store

I am currently an ATT customer with 4 phones on a family plan. All phones are eligible for upgrades. I am looking to buy some phones such as Samsung Impression, LG Vu Plus, etc.

Wirefly only has the first two phones on sale, basically free, subsequent phones cost a fortune. Can I tecnically upgrade my first two phones from wirefly and the other two from an alternate store?

I called ATT, their customer service did not seem to have any issues, but I don't exactly trust phone support. Has anyone successfully upgraded phones from more than one place, specially wirefly.com? Are there any restrictions, is there any fine print that I should be reading?

Your insight in this regard will be gratefully appreciated!
 
Some online wireless stores will only upgrade the primary line and not any of the others because the primary line is the one that pays more (so they get more commission). They will also require certain minute plans or the upgrade costs more. They also have "extra" things in their terms of service that if you downgrade anything (rate plan, data plan,etc), you pay them an additional "fee" for changing plans.

You can upgrade any of your phones at any outlet. Just check the terms of service for any hidden "changing" fees.

I upgrade my phone at Sam's Club, my wife upgraded hers at WalMart. Each phone line has its own contract so you can upgrade each line wherever you get the best deal.
 
Thanks fdcom3 - I did already end up getting 2 phones from WalMart. The only downside was the activation fee that Walmart charged per line - overall it seems like a good deal. Many thanks again!
