Can pets be covered in a pre-nuptual agreement?

I'll probably get divorced by next year, and I'll be looking to shack right back up with another woman, probably. But before I do, I want to protect my cat. Because last time it was something I didn't think of. I love my cat and I'd hate to see her abused or manipulated.

Before I marry again, can I get a prenup that states the cat is mine, but the new wife has to feed it and clean out the litter box, and 5% of any alimony settlement goes to the cat's maintenance, and another 5% goes to the humane society for the care of cats without homes?
