I tore my acl on my left knee and i havnt talked to the surgeon yet but IM SO IMPATIENT because its pretty much taking over my life now. im missing all my competitions against county and everything that i worked so hard on.. i can walk and dance so i dont think i tore it THAT badly..has anyone ever torn there acl? is it possible ill get back to tumbling and cheer by...december? at least!!.. I dont think i tore it that badly because IM WALKING! n i can bend my knees... does anyone have exerperienece? i know i probly sound stupid because i find out all this in a week but im missing comp right now and im just so impatient and deppressed and cant stop thinking about it....if i get surgery itll ruin EVERYTHING...ill give up everything i worked so hard on for years and i probly wont even remember my skills in a year... if i get surgery ill pretty much just give up my dream. theres literally nothing else im good at other than cheer and tumble and dance. NOTHING... thers no point of me goin to school im not good at anything but shit with my body! specially tumbling. and has anyone sprained their ankle before? i sprained mine about 2 months ago falling outa a stunt n its still very loose..not swollen but i cant roll it without haaving pain... is it broken?

So you sprained your ankle AND tore your ACL? Wow.... If you don't have surgery you could injure it again, this time worse. and if it hurts, DO NOT DO IT!! So no more rolling your ankle. That should take a few days to heal. I'm not sure about the ACL tear though. Good luck anyway
