Can parents track my text messages online with Verizon?

I want to find out if my parents have been doing that...I'm not hiding anything, but they seem to know like EVERYTHING I've been doing randomly and I want to know...what's the html of the website that they go on to track the text messages, and does it track the text messages I send, receive, or both,?
 
My parents do the same thing. I think you can only see who you are sending and receiving messages from, not what the message says
