Can one establishment in Cobb County GA include both a lounge/bar AND a package store?

I'm investigating a new biz idea for a lounge/bar that has an upscale liquor/wine store incorporated (sort of like The Grape but more than just wine will be sold). Can I have a Lounge/Bar that also includes a package store in GA (specifically cobb county)?

Need to know whether it is legal to have a liquor license for both POURING and PACKAGE within one establishment in GA (specifically Cobb County). I'm having trouble figuring it out within the Cobb County Code.

Any thoughts or direction much appreciated.
