I think may be I need a google chrome removal tool, cause the steps below can not help me get rid of it successfully.
1.Go to Start > All Programs > Google Chrome > Uninstall Google Chrome.
2.If you want to delete your user profile information, like your browser preferences, bookmarks, and history, select the "Also delete browser data" checkbox.
3.Select the default browser you'd like to use.
4.Click OK in the confirmation prompt.
But the uninstall process fail to help me…

First of all close your programs including Google Chrome, if you are unable to uninstall it--simply restart your computer and once desktop is back, try removing through control panel. If you are still facing problems, do the following.

run an antivirus scan with powerful antivirus and start your computer using safe mode, clean registry using some reliable cleaner such as reginout cleaner. thanks

I hope you would be able to uninstall google chrome.

Try to install google chrome first to make sure that all files are there. Something must be missing that's why it wouldn't continue.

Afterwards, force to uninstall it using Revo Uninstaller:
