Can not connect to Gracenote Music .... blah blah

Hello all- I have established that the only drawback of this Nokia N73 is the complete shyte music manager software.
I am trying patiently to work it out and still more problems, every time I put a CD in to add to the music manager I get a;
"Can not connect to Gracenote Music ....something or other" so essentially every CD I put in has no artist or song title listing just Track 1, Track 2, etc..
I know it is not the connection as I can connect to the Gracenote.. thing with iTunes and all other music programs but not this, any ideas on what is wrong, anyone ?

Um, you know if you google iTunes Agent, you can sync your N73 with a playlist on iTunes?

Also, it's real easy to change your regular N73 to the N73 Music Edition firmware.
 
There could be several reasons why it?s not working:

1. Service temporarily unavailable.
2. Your firewall is blocking the connection to Gracenotes server to download the information.
