Can Nokia 3110 play video when there is incoming call?

Hi all,

I seem to be interested in 3110 Classic, with its range of functions with a budget price.

I am wondering,... when there is incoming call, can it customize ringing tone while at the same time playing a video?
I mean you can choose to have a video played when there is someone special call you.

Hope to hear your opinions
 
I don't think you can with the 3110 Classic. I only see it stating that it can ringtones and picture IDs, but not video IDs.
