the dealers can transfer and shuffle cars around, and if you are looking at a 2010 they can order one with the navigation and call you when it gets in. they aren't gonna lose a sale to a navigation.
i just bought a 2010 Milan...and i added my sub and amp to the truck, and seeing behind that stereo is not something that i could say would be easy to add after the fact....you would be so much better off either going to a different dealer, having the dealer your at get you the car you want or if you want to settle, then just realize its gonna be a huge pain in the ass to add an aftermarket navigation, especially since everything is integrated into the factory one. the stereo, climate control, sync, everything......you will be so much better off just getting a car with it
