Why would NASCAR do that? Maybe NASCAR will end up all Toyota. Looks like Dodge will be gone shortly, Ford already has informed the Ford teams financial support as well as factory support will be reduced drastically.

Nope. It's all a matter of business contracts made on behalf of NASCAR. They run the show. They can make the contracts to run their business anyway they want. Legally. Cars dont have rights like people. It's "business". Period.
