I received a notification that all employee health insurance participants had to get blood tests and complete a health survey to remain covered. Is this legal? It seems like they are making me get medical tests/treatments I don't want or need. The carrier is Blue Cross, but my employer also uses Blue Cross and they did not require this.
Can my wife's employer health insurance plan require me to get a blood test?
