Can my secondary school teachers complete teacher evaluations forms of MIT

(Cambridge,MA)? I am a 12th grade student from India. I have joined my high school externally (distance learning), so I didn't attend any classes in my school. I am applying for MIT this year and I have to submit the two teacher evaluations forms. My high school teachers didn't know me as I am a external student.
My question is.............
Can my secondary school teachers complete this form?
My GPA in secondary school was 4+

Also my SAT II score is 1600 (100%) 800 in Maths and 800 in Physics and waiting for SAT I scores.
