I filed for divorce.
My ex called my lawyer and requested an extension, without consulting me she gave him 60 days.
My ex called my lawyer again and said to file papers that we had reached an agreement and he was ready to sign. She phones me and has all these wild things my ex said i agreed to when i did not. I tell her no and that we only agreed to these certain terms. She tells me she will have to call him to reconfirm. She also told me that she was giving him advice. Should she be giving him counsel? Is she even allowed to talk to him? Shouldn't he have to get a lawyer and have his lawyer talk to her?
I think i should fire her right? she's being unprofessional right?
