Can my neighbours take my football?

My football went into my neighbours garden like 4 times now but they dont give it back! The first 2 times or so I could get it back with my hands as the fence is about 2half feet high. But this ime my expensive and precious ball went over, i want it back, can i get it with a stick/ can i jump over and get it?

by the way... i live in UK/England
