Can my neighbor file a noise complain against me?

So i'm 16 and ride my atv around at appropriate times. i live on 8 acres and how i see it my family settled in this town first and then all this development and shit took place. I also play airsoft with a few of my buddies on weekends again at appropriate times. so anyways one day this guy you lives in the new develpment houses/ my arch enemy neighbor comes on to my property and loses his shit. He starts yelling that I am gonna be in huge trouble because im playing with guns and he like im calling cops you guys are playing with guns and all, and then he brings up me atving and hes like you cant do this stuff. Then im like this is my property and hes like no the government controls everything ou cant play with guns and so on. But honestly hes a fuckng retard and none of the other neighbors like him, am i looking at any thing here or is this guy just bull shit
