i have a landlord that likes to run his mouth about me and all the other tenants that he has renting from him. i was told that it was illegal to discuss the financial or personal buisness of your tenants with others. i could understand if it was his lawyer or something to that effect but he sits at a local restrant in my small town and talks smack about me and my family and i want to know if there is something i can legally do.
i figured it was something i was just going to have to ignore. im definatly moving when my lease is up in april. thanks
