My husband is out to sea, and he gets out permanently next april (2011). We are looking to move to Idaho after this, (we are in VA) and we are looking into the early out for education if he gets accepted to Boise state. He is a nuke on CVN-77, and i read some articles that say you will not be approved for an early out if you are in 'nuclear ratings.' does that mean nukes? Can he not get out early? thanks.
Can my husband be an early out of the Navy for education, if he's a nuke?
