I was told that to kill ich/ick without medication you can raise your water to 86 degrees.
I was wondering if this is true?!?!
IF it is true can my fish withstand it... I'm pretty sure they can.
I have a leopard bush fish... they call it a African leaf fish at petsmart
-his species is found in Africa so I imagine the water there gets pretty warm hes male.
Next I have 3 Albino Cory Catfish
-1 female and 2 males. They're from the Amazon if I'm not mistaken so again with the heat should be fine in my mind.
Lastly I have a Plecostamas. It's just one of the 3 dollar regular ones.
-From what I understand these fools can live through pretty much everything. I don't know if its male or female.
I provided the sex just in case that makes a difference.
