I have been divorced for several years and we have a visitation order in effect. Currenly during the school year, my ex husband gets our children every other weekend. During the summer, we rotate on a weekly basis. My daughter is playing a sport this summer and her father is refusing to take her to her practices/games etc He says that his weeks are his weeks and he should be able to do what he wants not what I want. I have explained that its not what I want but what our child wants Can he really keep her from playing sports during his visitation time?
Can my Ex keep my child from playing sports on his weekend?
