ok so i have a 12 month old black lab and because of bad weather she has not been getting as much exercise as she should. But now the weather is better we have been going out a lot but yesterday she did a lot of chasing after the ball and also today too, now she is stiff getting up and walking, do i give her a day or so to rest or do i keep taking her for a good run?
Can my dog have had too much exercise?
