Can my dad read my texts/BBM's by request?? (I have a Blackberry and we use T-MOBILE)?

I was wondering if my dad could request to regularly see my texts/BBM's while paying for my phone bill? And also..is it possible for him to install spyware on my phone without physically HAVING my phone??
