Can my computer run Civilization 5?

I was thinking of buying Civ 5 over steam but before I did I checked the specs for the game.
Here are my specs:
Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00GHZ
Windows XP
2.00 GB of RAM
GeForce 460 GTX 1024mb
