Can my car make it to LA from the bay?

I'm about to make a 400ish mile trip to LA from the bay area. I'm driving a 1996 honda civic dx. Theres 83,000 miles on the car. The engine is still pretty strong as far as i can tell. All the spark plugs are changed. Oil change a couple of weeks ago. The only thing i can see is that the radiator got changed to a half. I need all the help and tips i can get
