can my 97 dodge neon beat a 2000 saturn? READ DETAILS!!?

i have a automatic 2.0, 4 cylinder dodge neon and my friend has a automatic 1.9, 4 cylinder 2000 saturn. its a small 4 door car. if we raced who will win. mine has 120 on the dash and his has 130. he wants to race me for 200 dollors, should i? both cars are all stock nothing aftermarket on the cars.oh yea he has a strait pipe and i dont.
 
Depends on what kind of engine is in your neon. If you have the dual then definitely race him. If its the single then you'd probably still win but its a lesser chance than if you have a dual.
