Can my 2004 Dodge Dakota pull a 25 foot camper?

I have a 2004 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab with a 4.7 liter V8. Even though my axle ratio is 3.55, can my pickup comfortably pull a 25 foot camper? I have heard that they are right around 4,000 lbs and my pickup's Max trailer weight is 4,450 lbs. GVWR is 6010 lbs and GCWR is 9200 lbs. Now, when my max trailer weight is 4,450 lbs, is that just the trailer or does that include everything in the bed of my pickup as well? Any clarification on this would be great.
I know that a v8 4.7 liter is big enough to pull it. I just want to know about control, stopping, and legalities.
The camper I am looking at has electric brakes. Also, would sway bars make a big difference?
