My car recently broke down due to some overheating problems. Mechanic replaced the thermostat and many other things I know very little about, he also said that my cooling fan was broken but it was not neccessary to replace immediately. Is this true? I don't drive my car more than 10 miles at a time. I barely go on the freeway. Mostly for errands, do you think it would work alright for about a month until I can get the cash?
