 Hello everybody,

Does anybody know if you can develop conditions such as stenosis, mylopathy, arachnoiditis even years after an back injury?

I have wedging of thoracic vertebrae, compression vertebra fractures T2-T5 & clumping of nerve roots in the lower lurabar region. Which has resulted in suffering from chronic pain.

I've been trying to do some research about some symtoms that I've been having for years, but the doctors won't take it seriously & all put together these symtoms are driving me crazy & my quality of life is getting poorer & poorer. My pain management doctor has never been able to tell my where my pain is coming from & he can't manage or control my pain, which has lead me to do this research.

Some of my symtoms are night sweats, day sweats, twiches all over my body (sometimes can be painfull & violent) & they increase when I'm relaxed or trying to get to sleep, clumsy-ness in my hanRAB, memory loss, disturbed sleep, the urgent need to wee very often & especially at night time, I have a over exagerated startle response, clumsy-ness & loss of balance & I sturable a lot, I have myofascial pain in my shoulder area a upper thoracic area, which is extremely sensitive to touch, I have suffered from chronic back pain since I had the injurys to my back, depression & anxiety problems, I can't walk far or stand for longer than about 5 minutes without lower back, bum & leg pain.

Could anybody please help me, I've been doing this research for 3 weeks now on the internet & researching my medical recorRAB & I'm very confused, I have symtoms of a few of each of the above conditions. My chronic pain is not responding to anything that the pain clinic have suggested including 3 years of injections & epidural injections, various pain killers, muscle relaxers, de-sensitisers, p/t, fentanyl pain patches & recently 2 failed attampts of the spinal cord stimulator.

I hope somebody out there can help. I also hope that everybody else is having a good day with as little pain as possible, take care everybody.
