I have been trying to make a claim in order to get some money back due to a text sent to my phone. Can lets say TMobile or O2 send me a copy of that text to use in my claim. I rung my provider but got no real answer just that I should have backed it up before I deleted it, obviously I am just one to delete message so wouldn't think to do that. Also could I still find it on y SIM hows that work?
Can someone give a concise to definite answer on this? It will be much appreciated as I need this to support my claim.
