can military member 's parents come to us for boot camp graduation ?

I am in the army going for boot camp In JAN 2012,My parent are current in china...Is anybody know can I invite my parents to come to the us for boot camp graduation and Will the military help me out?anybody has some experience ?I am fully appreciated for the information thank you
