Having been through bootcamp as well as the military, I can tell you that bootcamp may tone your body up but it won't really give you the added muscle mass or added speed that you'll need to be a RB or LB. Seems like they focus more on the endurance and mental aspect of training and not really too much on gaining muscle mass or speed. If you want to get faster, it'll be better for you to get into a track program. And if you want more muscle, get yourself into a the gym. Good luck.

LB/FB in D3 you need to hit the weights a little more though push that bench up above 300 get your squat to 450 and shave .15 seconds off your forty and you could concievably play D-1AA. Give it a shot man.

or 3 school? i'm 5'8, 225lbs and run 5.0 in the 40. I bench 245, squat 405, deadlift 455
