Can military (air force) Dependents get a breast reduction?

I am the wife of an airman, and i have tricare PREMIUM. before i make a fool of myself at the doctors office here,or wherever i have to go iw as wondering if anybody knew. i know if you're in the military you can get one, but idk about dependants.
I have back problems and am overweight DUE to my breasts. not to get to far into details.

But if it is covered, where do i go? I live on an air base and was wondering if i just go to the doctor here to start or i automatically conact a surgon or what? It's not for cosmetic reasons, so i know you can't for cosmetic reasons. if you know any websites or phone numbers i can check let me know too. THANK YOU ALL
 
Yes you can and it requires associated health problems and issues like what you have mentioned. Get it documented in your health records about back aches and back strains and then work it from that angle.
