Can Microsoft detect a flashed Xbox 360 when I play original games?

I have a flashed xbox 360 and I never connect my Ethernet cord when I play a burnt game. I also make sure my games pass the stealth check using ABGX 360, Can Microsoft see that I have a flashed xbox 360 even when I play games that I bought at the store?
