I have heard Miami is not the true tropics and only merely transitional zone, with strong tendencies and characteristics of the temperate zone .
I have heard Miami cannot grow the most delicate tropical vegegtation unprotected, like Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Could someone explain all of this to me?
