im psychologically addicted to marijuana. since its psychological, does that mean meditation can be helpful in treating my addiction? i started meditating for 20 minutes everyday and noticed that later on in the day, i wouldnt be plagued with thoughts of smoking weed like i usually do. i had more self-control. so if meditation can help addictions, is there a scientific explanation for why it helps? (such as what goes on in the brain or mind during meditation)
