can low back disc problems cause spasms elsewhere?

Hello, i have had bad back spasms/nerve irritation in back/hanRAB/arms/legs/feet for the past 3 years.. mri of c-spine/tspine/shoulder/brain all came back ok (aside from bursitis in shoulder).. my left lower trap/rhoraboid area is always pins and needles and increases when my back is rounder/leaning forward/sitting with no back support/ holding something in my left hand..

i have had prolo to neck/tspine both sides twice each, also had my 1st lurabar which provided more relief than both tspine and cspine.. i have yet to get an mri of the lurabar h/e like i said i get really bad pain/tightness/tingling down my left leg (on the left side of it, particularly very very tight/painful left hip and in the peroneal muscles/outside of my ankle/pinky toe/ring toe.. the lowback is also the only muscle in my back i ever had any trauma too, i believe i strained it really bad lifting and it swelled out bigtime.. overtime though to get back on topic, my traps, lats, even scm/jaw/ pretty much everything is in spasm.. now ive been "disagnosed" with myofascial pain syndrome, possible thoracic outlet syndrome, some docs brought up fibro but i dont think it is that, and also cubital tunnel which i had the surgery for and did nothing for me.. ive had a billion massages/pt/trigger point injections all with very very short relief

so my main question, could what started out as a possible low back strain or disc bulge/herniation/etc (that went untreated for 3-4 years) have caused other chronic spasms to form elsewhere ie just above in the t-spine??

appreciate it
