I have noticed many attorneys in Massachusetts flashing their bar cards and walking past the metal detectors and security in courthouses. Many attorneys have also told me that they carry concealed pistols in court. Is this legal? If a lawyer in Massachusetts has a Class A license, can she carry concealed in court?
