punishment be when visa wave overstaye? I overstayed my visa waive because a non-competent lawyer advised me when i inquire on how to change my visa waive while i am in the US, I was told to apply for the R1 visa which is religious visa, but the US Immigration denial the visa and i have to leave the us withing 30 days, I am now in my country in Europe and i tried to apply for visa as i was advised my lawyer in US, but the embassy said I have been found ineligible to receive a visa. what do i do?
