my best friend is still waiting for his trial, since its winter break he has to wait til next year. since hes not really sentenced to anything, can i still write a leter to him?
and why if he stayed in for like 3-6 months, can i still write to him ?
because many cases say that they were in life sentence so they wrote :S kinda lost
