can i wear these Brands (A&F,AE,Hollister,etc) as business causal for work?

i am a guy 22 yrs,work in IT for a small company like( <100 ppl).dress code is business causal,some people wear plain clothes with in-shirt ,some people wear normal clothes with out in-shirt.I did n't see any one who wears these brands.if i were these brands ,do they think me as teen/kid ? I dont like formal clothes,any ideas please ?
 
You are going to NEED to where formal clothes to be taken seriously. I know that even some people in your work HATE business clothes but they are wearing them to look better. If you where any of those brands it will be 10 times harder to get a promotion or to gain respect from your fellow coworkers.
 
Yes you can wear them. I don't think it's that big of a deal. Professors and teachers, business workers wear them all the time. Maybe you should look out for the shirts that have Hollister and American Eagle written on them. Try for more plain shirts.
 
im guessing you could pull off a plain polo from AE with some khakis, but that is a risk you may have to take. good luck! BEST ANSWER PLZ
