I just started my yoga class at my college just yesterday but the problem is, it's really all I like wearing at my yoga/stretch classes outside of school. I don't know if that's even acceptable but it's Yoga..in college. Our instructor didn't say what we can't wear so I figure why not and bring a t-shirt in case.
Is that cool? I mean that's all that I'm comfortable in and it allows me to move freely without worrying.
