can i walk into a GP without an appointment / documents ?

I am 16; so this may complicate the question but anyway, I have lumps on my penis and they appear to be getting larger. I fear this may be genital warts, so I need to see a doctor urgently for a diagnosis.
My question is can I walk into a GP surgery without documents and/or an appointment being 16? Or do the doctors need my parents permission, I would prefer to do this without my parents knowing...

You will need to make an appointment probably but a doctor will be unable to tell anyone anything about anything you discuss. This is called doctor/patient confidentiality. I do not know what documents you might need to see a GP in england we just see the doctor we are registered with or a colleague of theirs
