ok so heres the story ,
my best friend has got into some trouble and was put on probation. he just violated his probation and got sent to jail. his lawyer says he doesnt want to do the trial yet so he needs time. does this mean my best friend is waiting on trial? in that case, am i allowed to visit him ? what can the consequences be for him ? p.s hes at the hamilton detention centre
