Here's how to start a webcam conversation:

Click the Messenger menu and select My Webcam.
Click the Actions menu and select Invite to View My Webcam.
Select a contact from the list and click OK.
Click the Actions menu and select View Webcam.
Select a contact from the list and click OK.
Click the Actions menu and select Call Computer.
Select a contact from the list and click OK.
