system clean? I want to do a complete system clean on my PC because it's running very slow. I do not have a Windows XP back-up disk (I'm sure Dell must have included one but either I have lost it or they never included it).

However, I did notice that my PC has something called 'WinXP_SP2_Per' on the hard-drive which when run comes up with the following:

Welcome to Microsoft Windows XP

What do you want to do?

Install Windows XP?
Learn more about the set-up process
etc
etc
etc

I have downloaded this program on to a disk and essentially just need confirmation that after I carry out the complete system clean, I can just put in the disk and get Windows XP back.

Is it now the case that companies like Dell no longer need to include a Windows back-up disk because Microsoft includes a comprehensive re-install program on the hard-drive?
